How and when your order arrives, what it costs, and what the package looks like when it reaches your door.
United States
Orders to US addresses are sent with tracked delivery and typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days of dispatch. Shipping is a flat $15, and free on orders over $199.
International
We ship to more than 100 countries. International delivery usually takes 10 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Any duties or import charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging
Every parcel is plain and unmarked. There is no pharmacy branding, no product name and nothing on the outside that indicates what is inside. The sender name on the label is generic.
Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number is added to your order. Enter your order number and email address on the order tracking page to see the latest status.
Delays
Customs inspections, public holidays and severe weather can add time. If your order passes the upper end of the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate or reship.
